Shipping & returns
Orders ship within 2 business days. US domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days; EU and UK delivery takes 7–14 days with tracking. Unused knives in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — we cover return shipping for defective items. Age restrictions apply in some regions; by ordering you confirm you meet the legal knife-purchasing age in your area.
Lifetime warranty
Every SANDEWILY knife is covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — including handle separation and blade breakage. The warranty does not cover misuse (dishwashers, prying, chopping bone with the wrong knife) or normal edge wear. Email a photo and your order number, and we will repair or replace the knife.
Knife laws & age notice
Knife regulations differ by country, state and city. Certain models or blade lengths may be restricted where you live — please check local laws before ordering. By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age and that the knife is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel orders that breach local regulations.
